• No Refunds: Once you select a service, fill in your birth details, and successfully submit your recorded audio question along with the payment, no refunds will be issued.

• Consultation Initiation: Because the analysis and calculation process begins immediately after receiving your details, cancellations are not permitted post-submission.

• Technical Issues: If your payment is deducted but the details are not submitted due to a technical glitch, please contact us via WhatsApp with your payment proof, and we will manually process your consultation.
